New Vegas Casino Resorts – New Construction
Resorts World (2021)
Resorts World is the first integrated resort to enter the scene on the Las Vegas strip in more than 10 years. The property features three hotels —The Hilton, The Conrad, and The Crockfords, that all boast luxury amenities, extravagant nightlife, and top-class entertainment.
The Casino boasts some of the most elegant gaming on the Strip with more than 117,000 square feet of casino space. Resorts World Las Vegas also has an app with Play+, that enables users to use their smartphone to pay cashless at the casino and connects their mobile wallet for cashless payment at the resort’s restaurants, shops, and bars.
It has the biggest elevated pool complex on the Strip that has five pools.
That means there is a lot of room to hang out by the pool, probably while drinking a hand-crafted cocktail. Or maybe more than one.
Circa Las Vegas (2020)
Circa is an adults-only resort and casino where no one under the age of 21 is permitted. The resort is found Downtown and features retro themes done in a modern style that brings vintage Las Vegas into the limelight again.
There are even 777 rooms to pay homage to the old slot machines where lucky number 7’s is a winner!
Circa also features some of the best sports betting on the strip, several hip bars, 6 pools, and 2 spas that vary in temperature and are found in a three-story pool complex (Stadium Swim), as well as shops to enjoy.
Make sure to check out the parking garage — Garage Mahal, there is an impressive art gallery on the top floor that uses video screens to feature art installations.
Although this hotel was built over a decade ago, it remains one of the most modern and luxurious hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Found conveniently center-strip, Cosmopolitan features elegant rooms that overlook fountains, the strip, with mountains on the horizon.
The Cosmopolitan offers some of the best rooms and suites with balconies in Vegas.
The rooms are residential style, and the property boasts a 100,000 square foot casino, a luxury spa, vibrant nightlife on-site, a large Pool Complex, and world-class restaurants.

JW Marriot Las Vegas Blvd (~2023)
The JW Marriot brand will be taking over the long-vacant Fontainebleau hotel with an opening projected for October 2023. The property sits at the North end of the Strip with construction having started almost two decades ago in 2006.
The new hotel is expected to host more than 3,700 rooms and suites with one of the largest meeting spaces available on the strip.
The brand-new Marriott International’s EDITION brand is also set to debut at the property featuring multiple luxury retailers, a spa, several clubs and bars, and culinary experiences like Vegas has never seen before!
Rebranded or Renamed Casino Resorts
Virgin (Formally Hard Rock) – 2021
The Hard Rock Hotel has recently rebranded to become Virgin Hotel and Casino. The hotel has been completely renovated to be modernized and features a chamber design that creates the ultimate living area by combining the hallway, closet, and bathroom into one large, luxurious space with privacy doors.
The hotel also boasts some amazing restaurants that feature hand-crafted ice cream, Traditional Mexican food served open-air on the beach, a combined library-coffee shop, Coastal Italian, the famous Nobu, and ONE Steakhouse, Night + Market, Todd English’s Olives, and more.

The Strat (Formally The Stratosphere) – 2020
The iconic Stratosphere Hotel has been rebranded as The Strat with modern, upgraded rooms, but signature low prices are still being offered! Guests can stay at The Strat for as low as $27 per night!

Park MGM (Formally Monte Carlo) – 2018
The Park MGM is known for being a smoke-free luxury hotel center-strip. The rooms feature a European look that is timeless, modern, and sensible with the Hotel utilizing Stay Well to give guests an experience that is healthy, personalized, and wellness-centered.

Cromwell (Formally Bill Gambling Hall) – 2014
